Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48-hour cancellation notice period. Cancellations made within the final 48 hours will be charged for the full amount. If you wish to cancel ahead of the 48 hours, you can amend your booking slot online or contact us via email or phone and we will issue a refund to the card the booking was made from. Woof Hall & Dog Field reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event that the property is affected by an emergency of any kind. Refunds will be made in these circumstances.
