All persons booking and/or visiting Woof Hall & Dog Field are deemed to have accepted these conditions. As the person making the booking, it is your responsibility to ensure all parties on the premises abide by the rules.

The Hall and Field may be used by prepaid bookings only. 

Bookings are taken online and can be taken up to 5 mins before the allotted time

General

CCTV is in operation for your safety and security.

The use of the field and/or hall is at your own risk.

We want everyone to have an enjoyable visit to Woof Hall time, please be aware that you are responsible for your own safety and that of your dog or dogs in your care.​​ Owners should be in control of their dogs at all times.

We do not accept liability for any accidents, injury, illness, loss or damage to you, your dog, your vehicle, your companions or your belongings whatsoever or however caused whilst at Woof Hall & Dog Field.

​All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at the users own risk.

​

By  booking, you accept that you have third party insurance for the dog/dogs attending and/or will take full financial responsibility for any damage caused by you or your dog.

Please do not leave your dogs (or children!) unsupervised!

Please do not leave your dog or dogs unsupervised AT ANY TIME during your visit to Woof Hall. If children are accompanying you and your dogs to Woof Hall, please ensure that they are also supervised AT ALL TIMES.

 

We DO NOT accept any responsibility for dogs (or children!) escaping the field.

Dog MUST be vaccinated and up to date with flea and worming treatments.

If your dog is poorly, showing signs of ill-health, such as vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing, or has a condition that can be passed to other dogs, please do not book. If you have already booked when your dog becomes poorly, please do not attend your booking!

Please report any damage whether done by you or found by you!

Please report any damage to us immediately so we can keep the Dog field and Hall as secure as possible for all users.

 

If you or your dogs cause any damage to the property whilst at Woof Hall & Dog field, you will be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Damages will be charged to the named booking.​

Whilst we have taken all sensible measures and precautions to make Woof Hall and Dog Field safe and secure and will be inspecting and maintaining the fencing and equipment regularly, we cannot, however, take any responsibility whether we have notified you in advance or not, for

  • any dog escaping the field whether or not this is through a defect in the fence,

  • for any injury or harm occurring from a damaged or defective item.

Social imagery

From time to time, we may wish to use photographs posted to our Facebook page on our website and marketing materials. If you wish for your photos not to be used, please contact us.

cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and Refunds

We operate a 48-hour cancellation notice period. Cancellations made within the final 48 hours will be charged for the full amount. If you wish to cancel ahead of the 48 hours, you can amend your booking slot online or contact us via email or phone and we will issue a refund to the card the booking was made from.

Woof Hall & Dog Field reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event that the property is affected by an emergency of any kind. Refunds will be made in these circumstances.

Arrival and Departure Rules

Please keep to your booking slot times! 

You have exclusive use of the Hall or field for the duration of your booking. Therefore, please arrive and leave within your allocated booking time slot. Your booking slot includes loading and unloading your dog.

If you arrive late, you still need to leave on time.

If you arrive early and another customer is already on site, please keep your dog in the car until they have loaded. Not all dogs visiting the field want to socialise, some may have fear reactions.

The gate code to access Woof Hall & Dog Field will be emailed to you 24 hours before your booking. This code should be used for your booking only. Please do not use it outside of your prepaid booking slot and please do not pass the code to any third party.

The gate code will be changed regularly, so if you have booked with us before, please do not assume the number is the same and check the gate code provided in the email reminder.

Getting and using the main gate code

Please keep dogs secure and gates closed AT ALL TIMES

When entering or leaving the premises and secure parking area, please keep all dogs secure in the car or on a lead.

Whilst on site and when you leave, please ensure all gates have been shut closed behind you, including the coded gate. 

Any issues leaving the field at the correct time must be reported immediately to Louise on 07450 635282. Anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will need to pay for the additional slot. If you are waiting to use the field and someone has not vacated, please contact us.

Whilst at Woof Hall Dog Field

Please do not let your dog dig! 

​It's not always the easiest thing to stop. Please try not to let them dig, but if your dog does, please make us aware immediately by text or email so we can repair the damage.

The field is a natural field with a hard stone track.

Please be aware that the footing may be uneven, and there may be weeds growing from time to time, such as nettles or brambles. We will endeavour to keep these cut back

The agility equipment is for use by dogs ONLY.

Use of the agility equipment is at your own risk. Please consider your dog’s ability, fitness and age if you use the equipment. If you are at all unsure, please refrain from using the equipment – this is for your dog’s safety. We do not accept any liability for accidents or injury that occur.

Please do not allow children to play on it!

No Smoking!

Smoking is NOT permitted on the property whether you are using the field or the hall, this also includes the car park and entrance!

BAG IT, BIN IT! 

Please clean up after you dog and use the poo bins provided. 

 

There is running water on site if you need to wash away any runny poos which we know can happen when our dogs get excited!

 

Either way, please don’t leave it for the next person! Any offenders will not be allowed back to Woof Hall & Dog Field!

Poo bins are available on the perimeter of the field and outside the training hall. Please use them!

It might be a dog party but no BBQs please! 

​We do not permit BBQ or fires in the field or hall. You are welcome to bring food and drink with you if needed. But please take any rubbish home with you.

XL Bully & DDA

XL Bullies or other ‘banned’ dog breeds are welcome at our dog field, but you must comply with the following rules:

IED Registration and Certificate of Exemption

Your dog must be registered with the Index of Exempted Dog (IED) and you have a certificate of exemption. You must provide a copy of this certificate if we request it and would need to be provided to the insurer in the event of a claim.

Third party public liability insurance

You must have third party public liability insurance for your dog. Again, you must provide a copy of this certificate if we request it and it and would need to be provided to the insurer in the event of a claim.

Your dog must be neutered – in line with Government Rules

Your dog must be microchipped

The dog handler ratio must be 1:1 at all times unless with dogs from their own household

Leads and Muzzles

The dog must be kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field or hall. 

​

If the dogs are from the same household, you can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field or hall.

 

If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed or XL Bully will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all times with a 1:1 handler ratio of dogs to handlers.

​

Please put the lead and muzzle back on the dog before opening the gate to leave the field or hall.
